Rose is a therapist practicing as an Integrative Counselor. Her professional background and education gives her a unique and effective approach to counseling patients experiencing problems from trauma, injuries, relationship complications, emotional difficulties, or behavioral issues. Rose’s passion is helping those suffering, with issues or in crisis, heal and find a path to progress. She works to provide individuals and couples with personalized treatment plans that can be easily included into daily living. These plans accomplish progress and overcome issues.
Rose is educated in a wide range of evidence based therapies. No problems are exactly alike and she feels there is not a single approach that will provide a solution to fit every individual’s issues. That is why she is an integrative counselor and utilizes many different approaches in an integrative process. She is studied in and experience with Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for PTSD, Traumatic Brain Injusry, Accident Victims, First Responders, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, and Self Improvement. She also utilizes Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), and Gottman’s Couples Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Couples counseling (EFT).
